I retained Josh to represent me in an important case back in 2017. The court process took quite a while and I needed additional assistance filing motions even once everything was concluded. Josh helped me navigate through a difficult legal process, he recognized that I had made a mistake but helped m...e in staying motivated to not let it define me or alter the course of my life any more than possible. When it was all said and done I was very pleased with sentencing and restitution, Josh was able to get me 1/3 of jail time that the prosecution was seeking. He helped me in working through payment issues (I moved to a different county), transferring jail time and getting work release in my county, probation, one PV, and community service.
