Biography
Joe grew up on a farm in Southeast Kansas. After high school, he enlisted in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Electrician. After his military duty, he attended Washburn University School of Law and graduated with Dean’s Honors. Joe earned a Natural Resources Law Certificate as well as an Advocacy Certificate upon graduation.
Prior to joining Tolliver Law Firm, Joe practiced law at Crowley Fleck PLLP in its Billings, MT office where he focused on natural resources law and civil litigation. Joe’s experience includes drafting oil and gas title opinions, drafting mining title opinions, mining claim disputes, federal oil and gas lease re-instatements, title curative, eminent domain, quiet title actions, and general civil litigation matters.
