Brian helped me navigate what I thought would be a nasty divorce, but turned out much better than I expected. I appreciated that he never pushed for expensive litigation, but helped me work out a compromise out of court. Very good understanding of how people think and what motivates them. Polite, but smart and willing to stand up for me. I felt like he understood what was most important to me and helped me to get it.

Reliable attorney in that he was there for consultations and present and on-time in court. Nice guy and somewhat helpful but seemed timid in the courtroom and to opposing counsel. While I did get mostly the outcome I wanted, I felt I was pushing him or like I had to convince him what was best in order to move the case forward in the right direction. This is not the lawyer for you if the opposing attorney is a snake, as I found his overall approach and demeanor less than effective.

Mr. Marshall is extremely knowledgeable in the practice of family law. I recently attended a seminar in which he taught other local attorneys on the topic of custody and divorce matters. Without hesitation I endorse Mr. Marshall.
