Kip O'Connor II

We found Kip when our son was arrested for DUID. We were in a panic and had no idea who to call or what to do. I wanted to "talk" to someone ( a real person) right away, not a machine or a secretary etc. I found Kip online (along with MANY other attorneys listed) however, in reading about Kip I seen... where it stated "HE" would personally answer the phone.. and when I called he did! WOW! He was very understanding and compassionate with a distraught mother on the phone. We set up a meeting for the next day. He made no false promises to our son or us however he was positive and assured us and our son that all was not lost. As it turned out; with Kips help and guidance & lots of effort and work, our sons case was eventually dismissed. Kip kept us all positive, on tract and sane through the entire process. We always felt he had our sons interest at heart and made sure this mistake wouldn't follow him through life.

Kip is an amazing guy to talk to. The moment you begin a relationship woth him, even prior to any monetary exchange, you can tell he is on your side and will fight tooth and nail for your victory. The first time i called him on the phone he asked me questions about the details of the night of my dui.... He was honest and straight-foreward from the get go explaining that not taking a blood test was gonna hurt my case. Because he wasn't just sugar coding it for me, we were able to proceed with direction and instead of getting a conviction, his well manered demeanor throughout the process convinced not only the DA, but also the judge to defer my sentence with only a few hours of classes and community service, which is nearly an impossible task. Truth is I should have been convicted for not taking the blood but from the get-go, i had a feeling this was the lawyer who was gonna do the most for me and my feelings proved correct for once. I owe Kip a lot for his skills, but not only is he a good lawyer, he is a great person who I was lucky to have on my side. Things surely wouldn't have gone so well without him.

I have had the pleasure of utilizing Mr. O'Connor's services after being charged with a DUI in 2017. I have to say that I was very pleased with his services and he made me feel much more comfortable about a very tense and emotionally dramatic situation. He is extremely knowledgeable about the law and... how he can help you. He doesn't give any false promises. And the most important thing for me was he gave me his undivided attention (more than I thought I would ever get from a lawyer). He also takes time to research the legality of the stop, etc. He really cares. It does cost money, but after going through the entire process, I felt like the money was well worth his services. If you have been charged with a DUI, just remember the first 2 -3 weeks are the worst. After that you start to feel a little better over time. Kip has definitely helped in that process.
