You absolutely cannot go wrong hiring Kip O’Connor as your attorney and is easily the best attorney I’ve ever dealt with. His kindness, honesty, attention to detail, legal acumen, and respect he engenders from the D.A. and local judicial system is priceless. His prices were exceedingly fair and upfro...nt. Throughout the case Kip was always available by phone or email and promptly responded. During the hearing Kip was well prepared, presented my case wonderfully, and was able to get an outstanding plea bargain. Kip is an amazing guy to talk to. The moment you begin a relationship woth him, even prior to any monetary exchange, you can tell he is on your side and will fight tooth and nail for your victory. The first time i called him on the phone he asked me questions about the details of the night of my dui.... He was honest and straight-foreward from the get go explaining that not taking a blood test was gonna hurt my case. Because he wasn't just sugar coding it for me, we were able to proceed with direction and instead of getting a conviction, his well manered demeanor throughout the process convinced not only the DA, but also the judge to defer my sentence with only a few hours of classes and community service, which is nearly an impossible task. Truth is I should have been convicted for not taking the blood but from the get-go, i had a feeling this was the lawyer who was gonna do the most for me and my feelings proved correct for once. I owe Kip a lot for his skills, but not only is he a good lawyer, he is a great person who I was lucky to have on my side. Things surely wouldn't have gone so well without him.
