Kip O'Connor II

I never thought I'd need an attorney but I did and I'm so thankful I found Kip O'Connor. We are from AZ and while vacationing in Colorado. My husband got a DUI on our minibike while riding with our daughter. This was serious he had 5 charges against him including child endangerment. We didn't know wh...at to do. We found Kip when our son was arrested for DUID. We were in a panic and had no idea who to call or what to do. Kip is an amazing guy to talk to. The moment you begin a relationship woth him, even prior to any monetary exchange, you can tell he is on your side and will fight tooth and nail for your victory. The first time i called him on the phone he asked me questions about the details of the night of my dui.... He was honest and straight-foreward from the get go explaining that not taking a blood test was gonna hurt my case. Because he wasn't just sugar coding it for me, we were able to proceed with direction and instead of getting a conviction, his well manered demeanor throughout the process convinced not only the DA, but also the judge to defer my sentence with only a few hours of classes and community service, which is nearly an impossible task. Truth is I should have been convicted for not taking the blood but from the get-go, i had a feeling this was the lawyer who was gonna do the most for me and my feelings proved correct for once. I owe Kip a lot for his skills, but not only is he a good lawyer, he is a great person who I was lucky to have on my side. Things surely wouldn't have gone so well without him.
