Leslie has experience representing municipalities, serving as a city prosecutor, county defense attorney, appointed representative for parents in Dependency and Neglect (D&N) cases, as well as serving as the assistant municipal court judge for the City of Hutchinson in Kansas. Throughout her varied legal career, Leslie has consistently worked in domestic practice. Replied last November 24, 2023Denis - We aren’t ethically allowed to comment about cases with specific detail. Most cases have weaknesses and our job is to protect our clients’ interests while also being realistic and making sure to identify issues within each case. That requires frank conversations and sometimes things clients don’t want to hear or refuse to accept. When clients request it, we'll make sure the case is reviewed carefully and a full explanation is provided as to all legal strategy recommendations provided to a client. Our firm works in teams, which means the average years of experience being applied to any client's case, strategy and work is over 10 years.
