Dan was so patient and helpful to me. He gave me some great advice and actually steered me away from filing bankruptcy at this time. I am forever grateful!

I was impressed with Mr Usiak right from the beginning. He stated the pros and cons of the case, the percentage of the outcome and what all was involved in perusing my case. He was insightful. knowledgeable and didn't talk down to me, or treat me as a run of the mill case. I don't understand Ba...

Daniel Usiak is very knowledgable, but he is very weak in the courtroom. If you have an amiable family law case, he would be ideal. But if you are in a high-conflict case, involving child custody and litigation, as I was, he is not the attorney for you. He actually did more damage to my case than goo...
I am sorry that you are disappointed with the results. I wish the facts we were able to present to the judge had been better.
"Dan Usiak is a very knowledgeable attorney. He has been very helpful to me when I have questions related to bankruptcy. I highly endorse him."
"I endorse this lawyer. Daniel Usiak is a knowledgable and experienced bankruptcy lawyer that truly cares about his clients. I highly recommend him."
"Dan is a compassionate, experienced attorney who is well-respected by his peers. His background as a minister uniquely qualifies him to counsel clients in crisis (which is what a bankruptcy is for most people)."
"I endorse this lawyer's work in all fields of practice. Dan is a fantastic attorney and a great person. He is very compassionate about his clients and meticulous in his work. Clients should choose Mr. Usiak for their needs. He is experienced and professional. I have used Dan to help me in matters as well and have been extremely pleased with his knowledge and performance (you know, the attorney who represents himself has a fool for a client)."
