Terrible lawyer

Several years ago I had a simple child support case that needed resolution. At the time i was only making minimum wage so it was a simple mathematical formula to get finalized. Quimby wanted pursue so many unnecessary actions and inundated me and the court with paperwork just jack up the cost of the... case. Terrible never hire this unethical guy!

Greg Quimby is a solid man!

I have utilized Mr. Quimby for over 15 years. He has always provided excellent counsel, service, and favorable results for me time after time. Greg cares about his clients and does the work!

Horrible

As a client of Mr Quimby, I was not provided the professional representation I expected or paid for. Every interaction was a minimum 15 minute charge. He took my case and didn’t care about me as a client or the case outcome. During the trial this lawyer was unprepared. When provided key facts to t...he case he doesn’t use or take time to investigate. This guy for sure just out for your money!

Most unethical person I have ever encountered.

When I hired Mr. Quimby my case was already in progress with all of the paperwork already complete. My retainer fee was quickly being depleted by his staff on mailing and correspondences while we waited for court dates. No actual work had been done and I was soon looking at having to add more money t...o my account. When I brought up my concerns Mr. Quimby withdrew from my case and then continued to charge me for the withdraw process. At this time no work was done on my case and I was left without an attorney all while paying costs associated for his decision to abandon me in the middle of my case. When I asked not to be charged for costs attributed to his decision he remarked "Perhaps if you concentrated more on your kids than trying to get a $100 your life would be in better shape". I have never met such an unethical person and have never dealt with such an unprofessional business in my life.

Horrible

Greg Quimby is one of the most unethical people I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. I had a situation that I was seeking help to resolve. I had never needed or used an attorney before so I was a first timer at this. And I had explained to Greg and told him I needed his guidance on this particu...lar matter. I paid the $3,000. Retainer and that is where the Unethical participation begins from Greg. He flooded my mail with soo many stupid documents over and over again and charged me for all of this mailing that his daughter who works in his office was mailing out. We went to court on numerous occasions and never seem to get anywhere. I kept asking him if this was normal, Greg said yes that we would have to go to court only a few more times then the issue would be resolved. In the mean time my $3,000. Retainer was quickly running out. When my retainer was all but done we had gone to the court for the last time and he then told the judge that he withdrew as my lawyer on this case. I WAS FURIOUSE!!!!!
