I worked in Denver as an attorney in the field of elder law, probate, and estate planning before going into private practice in 2013. I understand the challenges that everyone encounters as they get older, and I am compassionate, able to relate and empathize with my clients, which enables her to present their concerns persuasively to the court. I recently helped my find placement in a nursing home for my own Grandmother, this allows me to personally understand that challenges that everyone faces with aging parents and grandparents.
I actively volunteer with the Wills Lab at the University of Denver, we prepare estate planning documents for low income clients. I am extremely passionate about this area of law.
I also taught at the University of Denver in the Wills Lab during the summer.
I joined the Law Office of Greg Quimby, P.C. which also practices in the area of family law and was there becoming a proficient family law attorney, handling divorce, custody, alimony, child support, step parent adoption, and other family law issues.
I worked at the District Attorney's office in Colorado Springs and became proficient in prosecuting criminal cases, violation of protection orders, DUI, DWAI, drug cases, domestic violence, from misdemeanors to felony cases of various types.
I am a mother of a three brilliant children and that experience has helped me relate to families going through a difficult situation with their own children. I am thrilled to be able to help and guide clients through the difficult and complicated legal processes in various areas of law! If you have a problem - I have a solution and have encountered a similar situation thought my career and I can provide you the legal advise to help you navigate all the complicated rules and hardships.
I am thrilled to be working with clients to help guide them through the complicated aspects of family law, probate, estate planning and criminal law cases. Call me for a free initial consultation.

Cody was and is fantastic! She was referred to me by a friend and previous attorney. (Shout out to Greg Qimby! lol!) She made speaking to her and her access very open. She immediately felt like family. The tough little sister you always need to have in your court. ;-) She is kind, honest, direct,...

Ms. Christian was very pleasant to work with. She helped us understand current Colorado Law pertaining to what's necessary for our will. She gave us time to organize our thoughts, with no pressure. And my wife and I are pleased with the final product. I will be recommending her for all our family...
