I am the father of both a boy and a girl. I am the grandfather of six. My personal and professional experiences give me the ability to relate and empathize with my clients and present their concerns to the court. I moved with my family to Colorado Springs in 1985.
I spent five years as a prosecutor, in Colorado Springs, Colorado and in Trinidad, Colorado. I started as a deputy district attorney and ended my prosecutorial career as the Assistant District Attorney and the Chief Trial Deputy. My prosecutions included everything from first-degree murder, child abuse, and domestic violence to DUI.
I have been in private practice since 1998. I specialize in family law as well as the types of cases that naturally accompany it: child custody, domestic violence, restraining orders, divorce, and child support.
