I had a consultation with Dan after my ex filed for divorce. I was impressed by the direct approach and candid explanations offered. Being a guy in a Colorado divorce process, there were elements that I was reluctant to accept about the proceedings. Rather that capitalize on fighting every element... I found distasteful, Dan's counsel impressed me through explanation of the court perspective and his focused effort on the items I identified as priorities; his rebuttals to motions from the other counsel were extremely effective, and all the motions he filed on my behalf were relevant and beneficial to the outcome. (This was in brilliant contrast to the ex's counsel who had no shame in charging for frivolous motions and harassments intended to affect points already ruled on by the court. Not to say any names, but it rhymes with "Morrison") Though divorce is not an experience I care to repeat, I would gladly hire Noffsinger Law again if I were ever in need of legal counsel.
