The district court’s award of attorney fees and costs is vacated, the district court’s order reversing the magistrate’s contempt order as to the marital home issue is reversed, and the case is remanded ... with directions that the district court (1) reinstate the magistrate’s contempt finding and $8620 sanctions; (2) reconsider the magistrate’s award of attorney fees under C.R.M. 7; and (3) consider entitlement to appellate attorney fees pursuant to C.R.C.P. 107(d)(2) and section 14-10-119.

Judgment vacated and $7,000 judgment reinstates, case remanded to court to reconsider Rule 60(b) motion and to consider request for appellate attorney fees.
