Great Business Law Attorney

Working with the Doherty law firm was a great experience. We needed someone highly experienced in real estate law and Terry was the best. We had a tight timeline, and Terry could explain things very plainly and gave us the confidence to proceed with the deal. BEST business and real estate attorney!!

I hired Doherty Law Firm to review a time-sensitive, and quite lengthy commercial lease. Terry was not only extremely knowledgeable about real estate law, but took considerable care in ensuring I had the necessary protections in place. He was very good at explaining the inherent risks associated wi...th the contract, and prioritized the most critical points to work through. Terry stayed in good communication throughout the entire process and met the deadlines we were up against. Both Terry and Rachel were very friendly and fun to work with (yes, fun...we all got to know one another along the way). Highly recommend

I hired Terry Doherty in 2012 to litigate an issue I had with a client. This was a complicated issue that took an in-depth understanding of business as well as patience with me as a client (no small feat). Because of the complexity, it took some time to resolve, but Terry was very fair in his charges... for the case as it progressed. It was his knowledge and understanding of business intricacies that allowed a successful resolution to my case. In 2023, I needed business legal services again and Terry Doherty was my first choice. Fortunately, it wasn't a litigation issue, but as usual, Terry handled this expeditiously and fairly. For business legal services, Doherty Law Firm will always be my first choice.
