Powerful Brilliant

Kimberly Penix is a knowledgeable, dedicated, hard working, take action type attorney that you want fighting for your rights. She did that for me were other attorneys knowingly dropped the ball. Her professional approach was extremely welcome and helpful. She has an incredible sense of humor as well!... The bottom line is, if you want a top notch attorney, your journey has ended. She has a vast knowledge of the law and is able to reflect that in paperwork preparation for the courts. Her confidence, communication, commitment, and competence excited me the first time I spoke to her on the phone about my case. Her response time to all my email inquiry's was phenomenal. Her exceptional willingness to help me in every way that I have needed over the last two years (were multiple other attorneys could not be bothered to do their jobs). I appreciate all the effort and hard work she put forth in my case. An absolutely amazing attorney, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Simply put, Amazing!

Kimberly is amazing. From the start, she was straight forward explaining each option available and provided all information for each option. Kimberly continued to put extra pressure on the non-responsive opposing council until they finally responded. I was kept up to date throughout the entire pro...cess. Kimberly helped make a bad situation a lot better. I felt a great deal of relief knowing she was representing me.

These are the lawyers for you!

Don't wait until the last minute to get a lawyer. In my case Associated Bank made me believe they were working with me to stop my foreclosure but they weren't. The Bank sent me three letters with three different dates 01/02, 01/26, and 01/10. I called the bank multiple times as soon as I received the... 3rd letter changing the date of the 26th to the 10th. Associated Bank never returned my calls. The bank finally called me on 01/02 at 8:30 am to tell me they were bringing me to court that very day at 10:00 am January 2nd 2013. So after the court date I hired Kimberly Alderman and Chelsey Dahm. They worked above and beyond even finding a way to mail my affidavit that needed to be at the court house next day mail on MLK Monday when the post office was closed. They explained everything so I could understand what was going on. They worked diligently on my last minute case. The only thing I would have done differently was get them on my side sooner. They fought for me and they will fight for you!

Catrina, It is such a compliment that you were satisfied with our services even though we weren't able to stop your foreclosure. I truly wish that we had obtained more positive results. You are right that the earlier a person facing foreclosure gets an attorney, the better. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist you in the future on other legal matters. Thank you again and best of luck to you. Kimberly

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
