I first consulted with Attorney Kimberly Alderman regarding possible cancellation of a Timeshare Services Agreement, based upon the company’s failure to comply with its obligations. I asked her two questions: Did I have a valid reason for cancellation and, if so, what was her fee to help me do so.... She asked me to tell her more about it and quietly listened to my tale.
