RD Pascoe Jr.

From the very beginning RD demonstrated integrity informing me during our first phone call, that what I needed to file I could do myself and that I should take the 10 minutes to go to the courthouse and file it myself instead of paying him to do it. He answers his phone when called, even on weekends,... a non-existent trait in the family law business, will always give you the truth in a very broken system even when it may not be what you want to hear as well as a plan to get to the nearest point of where you would like to be with your family, is extremely organized on always on point, and cares about your situation. Coming from some one who has been through multiple family law attorney's, 4 to be exact, in the past 5 years, I could not recommend RD more.

I got RD recommended to me from a family friend who is using him for a custody case. I was able to go to a consultation very unsure of anything I was going to be able to do. He was able to explain my rights about custody and answer every question I have and explain the entire process. He was very ...realistic about the possible outcomes and what would be the best way to handle things. He never pressured me to go any route I didn't want to go and gave me some very valuable advice about things I had not thought of that made all the difference in my case. He is extremely easy to work with, always super with reasponse time and very prompt when anything needed to be done on my case. He keep me in the loop with every communication he was making with the other side. Even is billing is great, everything was laid out in a very easy to read format, and all charges were inline with what I expected them to be. RD is just over all great guy and great to work with, I couldn't imagine hiring someone else.

I was seeking legal advice from Robert Dennis Pascoe regarding details of a contract and he was very helpful with deciphering the wording and explaining it to me. He is also a very down to earth guy and kept me from "over-lawyering" the contract and guided me to keep it simple and firm. I haven't use...d him outside of contract work but I would definitely want someone with his skills in speech and debate to be in my corner.
