Where to begin...with everything I have to say about RD, saying that I am honored to have had his services is an understatement! RD was my lawyer in my divorce case. I worked with RD when he was with the Access Fund and he traveled to Hawaii to help the local climbing community with a climbing access issue with our State legislature. We needed to get legislation passed so that we could regain access to our climbing area and it is safe to say that without RD's pr...ofessional support we would not have been successful in our cause. RD not only advocated for us by testifying in front of house committees but he was also helpful in interpreting and negotiating the final permitting process that was created.
