Sarah Lamborne

My husband and I were starting an amicable divorce. I met with Sarah (who was highly recommended to me) to get educated on how to kind of do-it-yourself. She was super helpful walking me through the process in a 1-hour consultation that was less than her normal per hour billing. I didn't hire her... to represent me as we were able to work through things ourselves, but I did take her on to review our paperwork and assess that things were fair and done correctly. I would highly recommend her!

Ms. Sarah Lamborne is an exceptional lawyer, and was instrumental in the eventual good outcome of my divorce case. Consistently compassionate, empathetic, professional, and honest, I was impressed by Ms. Lamborne's ability to guide me in standing up for myself and my children in my divorce. Her legal... experience and her kind yet firm and direct demeanor made an otherwise pretty awful situation bearable. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a good divorce lawyer, but especially to those facing some complications and potential pitfalls in their divorce. She consistently kept my priorities (my children) at the center of our work together. I am so very grateful.

Sarah is amazing! No one wants to have to deal with family court issues, but if you do, this is absolutely the law firm to use! Throughout the entire process, Sarah was knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, organized, and realistic. My emails/calls were always answered quickly, and Sarah was always clear ...and honest as far as what to expect, giving her advice while also listening to my concerns. (My only regret is I didn't use her, when I first got divorced) Coparenting with my narcissistic ex had been a nightmare and he has always kept himself as the one in control, and prior to this I had been too scared to do anything legally. So I hired Sarah for a bunch of post-decree stuff, and it unfortunately went allllll the way to a hearing. (I was trying to get child support ordered for the first time, get my ex to communicate on a few decision-making items (we have joint), and then he filed something wanting a new parenting plan, so we replied and in our motion asked to change the current plan to a 5-2-2-5, which I wanted all along but he always refused.) In the courtroom, Sarah was clearly much more prepared than the other counsel, very organized, and had made sure I was very ready as far as what to expect/do, and it was obvious throughout the hearing that she is smart, quick, (and also tough as she cross-examines!) I ended up getting not only every single thing I wanted, but extra things I didn't expect as well. (That she suggested we file for). However, even if the outcome was less than that, I would still be recommending her, because of how helpful and amazing she and her staff were for the entire years-long process leading up to this. She was also fair in her billing, (and also didn't let the other party, or my witness run extra time on the billing clock.) I hope you never need a family attorney, but if you do, I highly recommend this law firm!
