Litigations / Arbitrations
Facing the issues related to legal separation, divorce, child custody, child support, maintenance, property division, contempt and other family matters can be the most stressful time of your life. You may not be able to think clearly, since your emotions likely have or will enter into every decision. Consider whether you need an advocate who is intuitive about your pain and worry, who in private and in confidence will be assertive with you and assist you in staying focused.
The simple truth is, inabilities to respect one another and to agree, and the emotional and physical pain associated therewith, result in negative family issues which, more times than not, result in a need to consult legal counsel. If you are considering divorce, an allocation of parental responsibilities, a modification of parental responsibilities, child support, maintenance, or other family issues, counsel at the Law Offices of Paul M. Gaide would be happy to consult with you and discuss your options with you and assist you in making choices which very likely will have long-ranging impact for you, your spouse and any children.
