Melissa Garscin is a criminal and DUI Attorney with more than 20 years of experience defending criminal cases in Colorado. Melissa Garscin is a Colorado native and a graduate of Colorado State University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminal Justice. In 1998, she earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, College of Law. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in the Colorado State and the U.S. District Courts.
Melissa started her law career as a trial attorney with the Colorado State Public Defender's Office. As well as, for participating as a guest lecturer at many schools in the area, including Golden High School, Brighton High School and Lukas Elementary School in Westminster.
