Nancy Kardon

If you have a federal criminal case the best attorney you can have is a former federal prosecutor (AUSA). Most all federal judges were once federal prosecutors and they all know each other well. I worked with Nancy on my criminal case as well as having my records sealed. I would definitely recommend her. When I filed a motion to seal my records, the court denied my first attempt on the grounds that I no longer qualified, due to a change in the law while I was on probation. It could have ende...d there, but we were persistent and filed a second motion arguing that, since the sealing of my records had been allowed at the time of my plea deal, I should be allowed to seal my records even though the law had changed. We were successful even though the judge had a very conservative record. I don't believe this would have occurred without Nancy's hard work and detailed research, and I'm very thankful for her help!

Nancy represented me against charges of property destruction in a domestic violence-related case. The property damage was a cracked smart phone screen that was already cracked prior to this.
