Very passionate and knowledgeable!

Beyond actually caring and making her clients feel like real people with real problems, Jennifer went to work for me immediately! She completely took over my case and helped put me at ease though a very difficult and stressful period! I was facing a 2nd dui with 2 other charges as well. With Jennifer...'s knowledge and experience, she was able to get all 3 charges dropped and replaced with my 1st DWAI which kept me out of jail and reduced my probation considerably! Best DUI lawyer in Boulder

This May, I've made a terrible mistake and get arrested for DUI in Boulder county. I have never been arrested of anything before, and as a foreign employee that has no idea about American justice system, I was feeling quite desperate. My BAC was 0.187, and there were three additional minor charges in... my arrest record. I found Ms. Watkins via this website based on excellent previous reviews, as I did not know any lawyer in Boulder county previously. To start with, she is not only a great lawyer, but a great person and you definitely get the feeling that it is not just the business, but she genuinely wants to help you. At the same time, she is very professional, and clearly informs you with the consequences of DUI and the charges that you are facing with. Then, she makes sure that you will possibly get the minimum based on your charges. She is accessible via phone and email almost anytime, and she is very patient and precise in answering all of your questions. She also proposed me to complete some of the sentencing requirements even before the court date, which definitely helped to mitigate the convictions. I would also like to talk about the court date a bit as well. She knows the DA's and the judges, and you definitely get the impression that she is liked and well-respected by everyone in the court, which absolutely helps you. At the end, I was cleared of three charges, and I got the minimum possible conviction for my DUI charge. More importantly, this minimum conviction helped me to potentially extend my stay in US and continue my work in the coming years, which is the most important thing for me. At the end of the court, she was genuinely happy with the outcome, and I cannot thank her more what she has done for me. She is just a great lawyer and person, and I feel lucky to have her, and also found the chance to meet her.

Simply Amazing

I was arrested for a DUI one day before receiving a student visa that was supposed to allow me to move to Ireland for a year. Using that visa Jennifer Watkins advised me to finish the MADD panel, all 12 education classes, 48 hours of volunteer work (since it's not community service without being ass...igned by the court) and as many therapy sessions as possible before my court date. Once the court date finally arrived the judge said that what I had accomplished was "extraordinary" and approved the deal that Ms. Watkins worked out with the DA. I was given 20 days of house arrest, no therapy track, and no probation, allowing me to continue with my plans to move to Ireland for school. My DUI was brought down to a DWAI and I was given the minimum amount of every fine. Some people told me that hiring a lawyer for this process was a waste of money. I can honestly say that was not the case. Hiring Ms. Watkins saved me thousands of dollars and allowed me to continue on with my life much sooner than I ever imagined. Considering my particular case this outcome was a dream. I can't even say this was the best case scenario because this was better than I could've imagined. Furthermore, Ms. Watkins was always quick to respond to any questions I had via email and was great at keeping me up to date on everything going on with my case in the three and a half months between my arrest and court date. Hiring Jennifer Watkins was the best decision I made.

Couldn't have had a better lawyer by my side

Jennifer Watkins was absolutely incredible. The day after I was arrested I contacted Jennifer just to get some information on where to go from there and immediately I could tell that I was in good hands. Her calming personality and her years of knowledge on how to handle these cases really made me fe...el comfortable throughout the whole process. She was able to get the minimum sentence imposed as well as minimum fines which took a great weight off of my shoulders. As long as you do everything that she advises then your process will be a lot better than you first expect. Jennifer has helped many others that I have met throughout this process and across the board everyone that I have heard from has been very happy with the work she has done for them. I owe a lot to Jennifer and thanks to her I will be able to have my old life back within a short amount of time.
