Compassionate and Responsive

Jennifer was absolutely incredible. She was extremely compassionate, honest and responsive. I felt like I was in good hands the entire journey. For someone who never thought she would be in this situation, Jennifer made the process easier, and was patient taking her time explaining everything.

Highly Recommend!

I contacted Jennifer after a DUI and I was a mental wreck. She helped with my anxiety the first time I talked with her. She demonstrated a knowledge of not only the legal ramifications but first hand insights into the court system in Boulder and what I would be going through. This was a second offens...e for me and I was facing straight jail, work-release or home monitoring at the discretion of the judge and prosecutor. We had several delays because of covid, and even after working on a plea deal that a new prosecutor challenged was able to get me the best possible outcome of home monitoring. I probably would have lost my job if I would have had either of the other two outcomes. She stayed focused, kept me informed and guided me through the whole process professionally and with empathy and her help was greatly appreciated. Not your typical attorney! Thanks!

Great Attorney

She took a difficult case and made the best of it in an ethical fashion. She's responsive and always quick to reply. Highly recommend her over one of the overpriced large legal firms in Boulder.

Excellent Defense Attorney

Jennifer Watkins is an awesome attorney. I would give her a ten star rating if I could. She responds quickly to calls or emails, and she provided me with excellent legal advice. She is also a very compassionate and caring person. I considered her my lawyer/therapist while I was going through my legal... troubles. I had a very bad lawyer at the start of my case. He was giving me bad advice and just not providing the support I was looking for. I fired him, and I hired Jennifer. She turned my whole world around in a day. A true advocate for your rights

Jennifer helped me to navigate an unusual case where evidence was extremely delayed even when considering the current pandemic. She pushed back on my behalf when under pressure from the DA to move forward without the evidence and helped me to achieve the best outcome given my situation once the evide...nce finally surfaced.
