In trouble with the Law? You NEED Jennifer Watkins representing you...

I was facing some pretty ugly charges, one was a felony. I totaled my car, broke my back, and now I had to deal with all this stuff. I had to get a lawyer. Best Lawyer Ever

Not only do I wholeheartedly recommend Jennifer Watkins as a criminal defense attorney; I would like to be more like Jennifer Watkins as a human being - kind, compassionate, funny, patient, above & beyond responsive and most importantly, an expert in her field. When I was first searching for a law...yer, I’d never seen anything, from any category, receive so many glowing reviews; however, every one of them rings true now. She’s broken the paradigm for what I thought a lawyer could be. My case was not insignificant - a second DUI within 5 years with a refusal to blow. Jennifer earned me significant charge reductions and the bare minimum sentencing for my guilty plea. But that’s not even what makes Jennifer amazing - due to Covid, we were in contact for over 7.5 months when it should have probably been 3. During that time, I had A LOT OF questions and worries. None were ever too big or small at any time or day for her to answer thoroughly and compassionately. I am so grateful for her tireless work on my case and its outcomes. Jennifer Watkins got my FELONY CHARGES DROPPED!

I'll start with the most important parts - What MY result was: I don't know if I can talk about results too specifically, but there were several charges, one of which was a felony which would have put me in prison for quite some time. She got all of them DROPPED, and one final charge she got reduc...ed to something that I could deal with reasonably, and I wouldn't wear a scarlet letter for the rest of my life. No lawyer can guarantee any particular outcome, but nothing I could have imagined was as unbelievable and BRILLIANT as this! When she told me what she had gotten worked out with the DA, I nearly lost my mind with joy! You can imagine how petrified I was facing felony charges. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't think clearly, I just couldn't function. It was awful. I just knew I needed representation, be it the Public Defender, or an Attorney like Jennifer Watkins. For me to go into a case like this without representation would have been foolish. I hit Google hard. And I found Jennifer Watkins Law Firm. I had some expectations of the initial consultation, but nothing would have done the conversation justice. Pun intended. I filled out the online form, and within a few minutes I received a phone call from Jennifer herself. Not her paralegal, not an administrative assistant. Jennifer Watkins, Esq. That was unexpected, but a welcome surprise. She asked me a few questions about the case, and worked in the background looking up specifics. Then she and I talked for quite some time. I never felt like she was trying to rush me off the phone, or that she was too busy to spend more than a few minutes consulting with me. And she is VERY busy, but I always felt like a VIP. And something that she did that I really appreciated: She gave me the facts and an honest appraisal of my situation, BUT SHE DIDN'T pressure me. That was HUGE. It was a huge decision to make, and I made the right one retaining Jennifer Watkins to be my advocate. Probably the best decision I ever made. I expected, at the minimum, jail time. At worst, prison time. Things were not looking good. Jennifer told me that some of these things were possible, but that she was going to work very hard to make sure that I got the best result possible, and working together we'd get this handled. Not in so many words, but essentially that's what we discussed. She asked and directed me to do some things, and I worked on those things immediately. They helped my case, took some burden off of her, and perhaps most importantly, helped me to see where I needed to change and improve. Communication throughout this process has been WONDERFUL! I always know where I stand. We talk on the phone, or via email, and I never feel like she's trying to rush me off the phone. And even though Jennifer Watkins works SO INCREDIBLY HARD, I've never felt like I was anything less than a VIP client. She never was anything but patient with me. She was understanding of my situation and health issues, and she did her best to make sure that court dates and any necessary appearances could accommodate me. These things were important to me. Somehow, she just knew it, and was great about them. Heaven forbid you ever find yourself in a position like this, but if you do, my hope is that you will make the same decision I did, and retain Jennifer Watkins, Esquire to represent you in your case. I can promise you this, you will not regret it. Thank you so much Jennifer Watkins, Esq!!!

Amazing Lawyer and Person!

Jennifer was everything I hoped for and more. She was great at communicating and helping me through a complicated and stressful situation. I can't imagine how things would have turned out without her since very dedicated to doing the best for me she could. The Best Attorney

I was involved in a minor accident while driving under influence of alcohol. I was charged with three cases DUI, DUI per se and reckless driving originally. I approached Ms. Jennifer as my brother referred her. She listened to all the story and answered all my questions. Through out the whole per...iod, she replied to all my emails and phone calls promptly. She is very much available and had lot of patience to answer all sorts of my questions. By following her instructions, we were able to win the DMV hearing which is our first win. Due to which I am able to drive the car with out any restrictions . I requested her to postpone my court hearings multiple times due to personal reasons and she helped me in all instances. She is very much supportive and understanding. Finally, She helped me dismiss all those cases and reduced it to the lowest possible charge which is DWAI. Also, helped me get the minimum possible probation period. She knows the boulder justice system very well. Overall, I am very much happy to have her as my attorney and I would recommend her strongly. She is very kind, helpful and an excellent human being.
