I can not understate how impressed I am with the outcome of my case. Jennifer Watkins is a warrior in the courtroom. no brainer! Best attorney out there!!

A few months back I got my first DUI after being involved in an accident. Knowing in should get an attorney and never needing the services of an attorney before, I started researching attorneys. I talked to several attorneys about my situation (all men) and all them only seemed interested in was info...rming me of their fees. Then I found Jennifer. From the start, before even meeting her or collecting a penny from me, she was giving me advice and directing me what I should do next. After meeting her I found her to be kind, compassionate, and truly caring about my situation. I came away from the meeting with a vote of confidence for her. She kept in constant communication with me and got me the best possible out come. She is a highly experienced attorney with years of service and knowledge. DWAI In Broomfield County

I was charged with a DWAI and Careless Driving in Broomfield County, which total 12 points and require a loss of driving privileges for a minimum of 12 months. Needless to say I was incredibly nervous and completely overwhelmed. This was the first time I had ever been arrested, so the entire proces...s was brand new to me. All I knew was that I could not go through this process alone and uninformed. I began researching DUI/DWAI lawyers in my area, and Jennifer was one of the top hits! After reading a few reviews, I called for a free consultation. Almost immediately, after walking Jennifer through the basic facts of my case, I felt some relief because I could tell she was going to do everything she could to help me. She assured me she had been through this before, and that everything would be alright. She knew the judge for my case well, and knew exactly what steps to take that would give me the best chance at a sentence reduction. Despite having a million other things going on both professionally and personally, Jennifer was always very responsive and answered each and every question I had. She walked me through each step of the process leading up to my court date, and provided a comforting/reassuring presence with me in front of the judge. I was confident that everything she had me do, all the information she had me collect, and the education I enrolled in would help me present my best "self" to the court. In the end, the judge reviewed all the supporting mitigation documentation and sentenced me to the minimum penalties across the board. No jail time, dropped the careless driving charge, minimum fines, minimum probation and community service requirements. Looking back on this entire process, there is absolutely no way I could have done it without Jennifer. I can confidently say that I likely would not have received the outcome I did without her assistance. She was a rockstar the whole way through, and I am truly thankful I found her when I did. If you are looking for a confident, kind, experienced, and professional attorney to help you through whatever tough situation life has thrown your way...look no further! Jennifer is incredible!

Fantastic Throughout the Entire Process

Jennifer was great from the start. After my arrest, I was in panic mode calling a bunch of different lawyers. Jennifer stood out because of her calm demeanor and years of experience with DUI cases in Boulder County. She provided a free phone consultation and made me feel a lot more positive about my ...chances given the circumstances. She then provided a free in-person consultation where we discussed my options and her background in more detail. After hiring Jennifer as my lawyer, she recommended the necessary steps to take in advance of court and I’m so happy I took her advice, as taking Level 2 counseling and MADD panel proved to be instrumental in my sentencing. Level 2 counseling also was great to be around other people in similar circumstances and work through the process and learning together; I found myself thanking the counselor at the end for the breakthrough I had. While in court, it became obvious that Jennifer’s year’s of experience and relationships with the judges and DAs was strong, and led to the best possible scenario we were looking for. I received the minimums on everything we asked for and the judge was completely understanding. Throughout the whole process, Jennifer was extremely helpful with the ton of questions I threw her way, and her advice was spot on in the end. I highly recommend Jennifer to be your lawyer - she is great and well worth it!

A Thorough, Attentive, and Genuine Attorney.

During the darkest period of my life I got pulled over and charged with a DUI. Being fully compliant with my arresting officers, there weren't any holes in the case, and to make matters worse, I had a very high BAC. The next day I was advised to shop around for lawyers, and was recommended a few from... a friend and a family member who had been in similar situations. Every lawyer I called for consultation seemed chiefly concerned about money. They also sounded rushed, and could not provide much in the way of meaningful guidance. All the stereotypes one hears about lawyers appeared to be true, and having never been in serious legal trouble before, I felt terribly lost. With luck, I eventually chanced upon Ms. Watkins while searching this website, and decided to call her based on the reviews. She was responsive and thoughtful right off the bat. What I expected to be a cursory consultation turned into over one hour of conversation. Ms. Watkins answered all of my questions, shared anecdotes about similar situations she had helped others through, and most importantly, she gave me detailed advice on how to proceed, all without broaching the topic of fees. She was highly informative, fully engaged, and very calming. Before I even retained her, Ms. Watkins had already helped me work out a list of steps to take for the next few weeks, and provided me with a great sense of clarity in regard to my tasks moving forward. I asked to retain her right after that phone call. Lawyers can be very busy and Ms. Watkins is no exception, but she would always make sure to return my calls and respond to my emails with careful attention to my concerns, even when rushing from one court room to another. There were a few times when it was quite late at night and I was feeling nervous about the upcoming court proceedings, but she was still there to talk me down and give me more information. She helped me stay organized and as positive as possible the whole way through. In the end, I received notably less than the minimum penalties for my first - and what will certainly be my only - offense. On the day of my sentencing, Jennifer was a deeply calming presence, and stuck around to help me with all of the court paperwork regarding my probation too. I would highly recommend this attorney to anyone who asks, and I firmly believe that the outcome of my case could not have been better. What seemed like an insurmountable obstacle in my life - and what is, without a doubt, the dumbest mistake I have ever made - is now something I can move forward from as a stronger individual. I would not be in the position to do this without the assistance that Jennifer gave me.
