Alison Kilmer is a former judicial law clerk and prosecutor with a strong business background.
Prior to attending law school at Seton Hall University, Ms. Kilmer received her Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management and Master of Professional Studies degree (MPS) in Media Administration from the prestigious S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication at Syracuse University.
Before commencing her legal career, Ms. Kilmer held senior management positions for media and Internet companies such as America Online and Lycos in their Business and Sales Strategy divisions. Ms. Kilmer also consulted for, and held Director level positions with start-up companies such as E-media and KnowEx Solutions.
Today, she combines both her business experience and legal background in a practice that centers on providing individualized services for each of her clients based on their specific needs and requirements. Ms. Kilmer works with individuals, small businesses and entrepreneurs.
