There is simply no one better

Frank DeVincent knows the law inside and out and helped me with my divorce with more competence and assuredness than any lawyer I have ever seen in any capacity. I have been fortunate enough to become very successful in my life and I was worried that I would not find an attorney who understood the... details of my business. Frank not only understood my books and my taxes, but even taught me a few things as well! I cannot imagine why any high-asset individual would use anyone else to get through a difficult divorce.

He has only his own interests in mind.

I hired Frank DeVincent as my divorce attorney , which involved children, a business and high assets. Frank is not skilled in handling these issues and relied on the help of others to do his work for him resulting in a greater fees for these experts. He did not return phone calls, emails, and messag...es in a timely manner, and his actions resulted in delaying my settlement substantially. He did however make sure he was paid at all costs. He did not have my best interests in mind. When it came down to the final details of the settlement, and my children's well being, he was unable to handle my case and did not follow through on my behalf. Which cost me a large amount of money to resolve. Frank DeVincent was not a good communicator which was important with all the details of my case. I would not recommend Frank DeVincent, and would think twice in hiring him for a complicated case.

Ironically, 100% of my other reviews are 5 stars. I terminated this client, because he/she would not listen to my advise. He/she refused to retain a custody expert, refused to listen to the financial expert-and refused to produce financial documents in order to allow that expert to prepare a marital balance sheet, or to perform a business valuation, resulting in a business buy-out of 1M over what that expert estimated the business was worth. The client refused to meet with me to prepare for mediation, because he/she said they would have the case settled with their spouse, and thought that preparation was a waste of money. Lastly, the client wanted to give a "friend" $10,000, and say it was for services provided to the business, then have it paid back when the case concluded. For the above reasons, I fired the client, and the court approved of my request to terminate the relationship.
