Biography
Frank A. DeVincent - has specialized in litigation, complex/high asset family law cases, and tax strategies for over three is licensed in Colorado, Georgia, and Florida.
Mr. DeVincent is listed as one of the Best Lawyers in America. He and his firm have been named one of the Best Lawyers and Law Firms in America by US News and World Report. Mr. DeVincent received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University, his Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Industrial Relations, Cum Laude, from West Virginia University, and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Michigan’s Thomas Cooley Law School.
Mr. DeVincent has published many articles on family law and tax law, and has lectured nationally on those issues.
His family law practice includes matters of legal separation and divorce, mediation and arbitration, pre and postnuptial / marital agreements, modifications, maintenance, and child custody.
