Best of the best

Hands down best lawyer you could get for any traffic violations. David went above and beyond my expectations. He also goes over everything in detail with you. He has great assistants as well and could not be more pleased with the outcome of my case. His professionalism speaks volumes and I’m forever ...grateful that I found David to represent my case.

Success Against a Very Difficult Court

After researching 8-10 law firms and telling them the Misdemeanor Speeding Ticket I've received from El Paso County Court, they literally told me "Good luck with that one. They won't budge". However, after speaking with Mr. Colt, he welcomed the case with open arms and approached it with positiv...e energy. He dug deep and found a creative solution that I believe only he would have been able to come up with given his time as a Police Officer. As a result of this creativity, he was able to get a Misdemeanor with 6 points, down to an Equipment Violation with only 2 points at what is considered the most difficult court to deal with. Absolutely amazed by what he was able to do on my particular case. He's got my recommendation for any vehicle violation. "Wow" is the only way to describe what he was able to accomplish on my case.

David saved my license!

I was facing two misdemeanor traffic tickets with a possible license suspension when I contacted David Colt. He took care of my case completely from the beginning and as well I got my case settled to just a minor traffic infraction and I got to keep my license. I would highly recommend David Colt!!...!

one extremely pleased client

It was a pleasure working with David. He was upfront, honest and realistic with the advice he gave me. I never once felt rushed when working with him on the phone/email and I was informed on my case 100% of the time. That is all I can ask for in a lawyer and that is exactly what David delivers.
