After researching 8-10 law firms and telling them the Misdemeanor Speeding Ticket I've received from El Paso County Court, they literally told me "Good luck with that one. They won't budge". However, after speaking with Mr. Colt, he welcomed the case with open arms and approached it with positiv...e energy. He dug deep and found a creative solution that I believe only he would have been able to come up with given his time as a Police Officer. As a result of this creativity, he was able to get a Misdemeanor with 6 points, down to an Equipment Violation with only 2 points at what is considered the most difficult court to deal with. After interviewing 3 attorneys I hired David because of his past experience in law enforcement and his knowledge of the Denver police and courts and time talking to me about my concerns. I had 3 traffic citations adding up to 24 pts which if found guilty would've cost me my license, job, house, etc....
