Great Attorney

Mr. Colt provided excellent counsel for my traffic accident! He takes the time to understand the situation and is very understanding of how traumatic that the experience is. He successfully represented me in court. If you need a traffic attorney- he is the very BEST!

Helped me out tremendously

I was in a minor accident for which I was at fault (no injuries). Due to the incredibly strict and unusual traffic laws here in Colorado, and despite having a clean record, I was charged with a careless driving misdemeanor (Colorado's catch all accident traffic citation). Once I starting reading into... this charge and all the possible outcomes that could stem from it, I decided I needed a lawyer. I contacted David's firm first and spoke with a member of his team. I felt very confident with the information they provided me from that first call and pretty much hired him on the spot. He and his entire team were very professional and efficient. He was able to get the careless driving misdemeanor charge reduced to a minor civil traffic infraction. I can not thank him enough for all of his and his entire teams hard work and dedication to getting my case resolved. I would recommend David to anyone in need of a EXCELLENT traffic lawyer.

Truly outstanding expertise

David and his firm were simply outstanding. Thoughtful, creative, realistic, pragmatic, and fair. Clearly a subject matter expert in motor vehicle matters. While I would prefer to never need his services again, I would absolutely be a return customer.

Accident

I hired him to help with a speeding ticket and a car accident. He was very knowledgeable and I did not ever have to go to court. He met with the prosecutor in my place. I was very pleased with his work as he decreased both my tickets. He was very pleasant and kind through it all.

Amazing from start to finish

Got into a minor car accident and was freaking out because I was cited for careless driving and I drive for my job. Reached out to David and he called me right away. He explained the whole process, calmed me down, and got my ticket and fine reduced to where it won’t impact my job. He is completely wo...rth the money and is very good at what he does. Cannot recommend highly enough! David is the best!!
