Biography
As a litigator of 10-years, I began my career in plaintiffs’ personal injury work and, after three years, transitioned to an in-house position at a major ski company in Colorado, primarily managing injury defense and commercial disputes. My time working for a large company gave me a deep understanding of what is required to aid a business as an attorney and employee. I appreciate becoming proficient regarding an organization’s business practices and working to further its objectives and becoming an expert regarding a single client. I then transitioned to an outside counsel role, which gave me exposure to different types of businesses and their legal needs. At my current firm, I manage a broad commercial and civil litigation practice. I also assist clients on transaction matters when the opportunity arises, and I am trending my practice and career search in that direction.
