Unfortunately there are attorneys that appear to be interested and believe in your case, have you sign on the dotted line, and you are vested in this attorney for a good deal of tie during a lawsuit. Alan said he believed in my case, and after signing he really did not believe in it, did not give me... any advice about any medical attention, seeing a real medical doctor instead of simply a chiropractor and continued to say I really did not have much of a case. How this works is at least he knows after shuffling paper for a case, he is going to make out with at least $2000. in a case one way or the other, with his fees and basically doing nothing as he has bigger fish to fry. What he doesn't get is there are people out there, like me who have to live with the injuries and are naïve to what needs to be done throughout the lawsuit process, unless a good attorney who cares is truly giving good advice. Alan was not this professional. The firm also does not follow up with phone calls, and make sure they have your information on file, you will need to continue to make certain they are attentive to detail. They never updated my information in the right files and quite honestly did not follow up with the right medical facilities for months until I figured this out on my own.

Mr. Jimenez helped me on a case that went to court about a month ago. He gave me good legal advise that resolved my problem. His office is small but I think that is better than the big TV lawyers. I would recommend him, because he will answer your questions in clear way so you understand the law a...nd you will get good advise to know what to do. He returns calls very quickly and that was important to me. Many others lawyers never returned may call when I needed to hire them.
