Marriage based green card documentation review and consultations

We were able to manage all the paperwork ourselves, however I wanted to have professional opinion on our case, documentation review and have some tips for interview preparation. Couldn't wish for anything better than Mr. Pascal Schunk. He is experienced, real pro in his field and his comments and adv...ice always made total sense to me.

Experienced, communicative, efficient and trustworthy

I hired mr. Schunk to assist me in solving the issue of my expiring Green Card, either by extending it or by applying for naturalization. From the first day he has been very helpful and proactive in finding out all aspects of my case and helping me weigh the optimal solution - in my case, applying fo...r naturalization. Afterwards he has been exceptionally thorough and efficient handling the application fillings and collection and submission of accompanying documentation. Throughout the process he kept me reliably and promptly informed of any case status changes, and has been available for both over-the-phone and in-person consultations, as situation required. He attended the interviews and hearings with me and provided excellent advice both pre- and post- interviews, and steered my case until it has been resolved to my full satisfaction.

Green Card and Naturalization procedure

I am very satisfied with Mr. Schunk’s services and with the way he dealt with my Green Card and later on my Naturalization cases. Since the very beginning, he has been very professional, efficient and accurate in taking care of my situation. Furthermore, my husband and I very much appreciated Mr. Sch...unk’s impartial and unbiased approach. Before choosing Mr. Schunk as our lawyer, we interviewed a couple of other attorneys. Mr. Schunk stood out for his unbiased and fair treatment expressed towards us -his potential clients. We would definitely recommend Mr. Schunk to anyone needing assistance with immigration procedures -Mr. Schunk is exceptional!

Pascal helped me and my family in a very critical situation

I was working in the US with an L1A visa and my company suddenly laid me off. I didn't know any immigration attorney in Denver so decided to Google and reach out to some of the most rated. Pascal called me the very day after and gave me a lot of tranquility. We completed in less than one week all the... paperwork required for the visa conversion. I really thank Pascal for all his help and for being so knowledgable and professional in immigration matters.

Immigration

Pascal did a great job. My wife received her work permit in 70 days, and her Permanent Resident Card in one year. He was also very helpful preparing us for the USCIS interview, which he attended with us. We will continue to use Pascal for immigration services.
