Great service!

Pascal was extremely good in explaining the green card application process up-front. He was responsive to our questions (emails/calls), and the entire process including how he collected our documentation was pain-free. Also, his prep session with us a week prior to our interview was a huge benefit - ...we were well prepared with all documentation and knew what to expect

Experienced, communicative, efficient and trustworthy

I hired mr. Schunk to assist me in solving the issue of my expiring Green Card, either by extending it or by applying for naturalization. From the first day he has been very helpful and proactive in finding out all aspects of my case and helping me weigh the optimal solution - in my case, applying fo...r naturalization. Afterwards he has been exceptionally thorough and efficient handling the application fillings and collection and submission of accompanying documentation. Throughout the process he kept me reliably and promptly informed of any case status changes, and has been available for both over-the-phone and in-person consultations, as situation required. He attended the interviews and hearings with me and provided excellent advice both pre- and post- interviews, and steered my case until it has been resolved to my full satisfaction.

Moved out of State during process

My wife and I were confident in our ability to navigate the immigration process without a lawyer initially. The closer we got to submitting the paperwork we prepared ourselves, the more confused and unsure we became. My wife started calling offices for quotes, and Pascal was the only attorney she fou...nd with flat rates, who was willing to take calls and emails as often as necessary. After our first meeting with Pascal, it was obvious we needed a lawyer for more than peace of mind. The process is long, and tedious and required a lot of communication which we were lucky was all paid for and not billed by the hour. We moved to North Carolina mid-way through the process, and Pascal submitted our change of address, and located the office we needed to visit for finger-printing and for the final interview. We had a practice interview over the phone which, if your nerves are strung as tight as mine were with fear of having my wife deported, was invaluable. Cleared some of the fears I had about 6-hour interviews, and really prepped us for success. Our interview was smooth because our paperwork was accurate, we had the necessary proof prepared, and we followed Pascal's direction. I am very thankful we decided to hire Pascal, he was definitely the right choice for my wife and I.

Best lawyer.

Met him years ago to see about my wife's green card. We finally got a sponsor and were finally able to get the whole process completed. Pascal remembered me and we only paid once for his consultation which was applied to the total cost. He and his staff were super effective in informing us what need...ed to be done and how to do it. There was no fear or guesswork at all. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of the best immigration lawyer.

Honest & Reliable Immigration Attorney

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank the Schunk Law Firm for all of their help and support during my initial USCIS Adjustment of Status and through my journey to US Citizenship. These days, we all have many choices when we are looking for an immigration attorney. There are many attorneys and ma...ny online services, but in my experience, having an experienced and qualified attorney like Pascal Schunk made all the difference in my case. I can’t imagine having to go through the entire process by myself or with an “online attorney” guiding the way. If you find yourself looking for a dependable, honest and knowledgeable Immigration Attorney in Colorado, my best advice is to speak to Pascal Schunk at the Schunk Law Firm.
