Good guidance every step of the way

Mr. Schunk was recommended to us by a client of his. We were not too familiar with the green card process and Mr. Schunk provided very clear step by step guidance. I was particularly concerned about the initial process because I had lost my passport with my entry stamp and departure card. It did not... matter in the end because Mr. Schunk was there to navigate. Some of his directions may be different from the directions from USCIS (e.g. They may say reply and he would say wait) but just be patient and follow his lead.

NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING

Worry no more, search no further, Pascal Schunk will make quick work of your family immigration needs. Whether you live in the Denver metro area or a small town in Washington, Pascal can and will be your best offense and defense in overcoming the immigration process and everything it entails. Not onl...y does he complete and file the mountain of paperwork for USCIS, but he walks you through it and ensures you come away with a better and fuller understanding of what each document means. It is very evident that Pascal knows all the ins and outs of these processes but what was more reassuring was his obvious sense of humor and ability to connect with us. He was so easy to talk to and his "humanness" put us more at ease. Pascal isn't simply a lawyer and you a client. He becomes the coach and member of a team working towards a unified goal and anything he can do to make reaching that goal seem far less intimidating is just what he'll do. Although I felt confident in my own ability to file everything on behalf of my foreign spouse's adjustment of status, a little voice told me that seeking out a professional would be an added safety net and deterrent to complications. I am so glad I listened to that voice! Our experience was nothing short of amazing! It took only five months from our initial petition filing date to receiving my husband's green card in the mail, and the entire process lasted only 6 months without a hitch. We even moved states in the middle of the process and Pascal filed address changes and continued to work with us via e-mail and phone. We cannot thank Pascal Schunk and the Schunk Law Firm enough for their hard work on our behalf. We hope that anyone considering a lawyer for matters of immigration takes the first step and gives Pascal Schunk a call. You will be overjoyed that you did! We look forward to working with him in the future, when applying for citizenship is in sight!

Organized and knowledgable

Pascal handled our green card application process with expertise and organization. He was very efficient and did not waste any of our time in the process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in this process.

Pascal helped me and my family in a very critical situation

I was working in the US with an L1A visa and my company suddenly laid me off. I didn't know any immigration attorney in Denver so decided to Google and reach out to some of the most rated. Pascal called me the very day after and gave me a lot of tranquility. We completed in less than one week all the... paperwork required for the visa conversion. I really thank Pascal for all his help and for being so knowledgable and professional in immigration matters.
