Clear Communication

Exceptional Attorney and Human

Kelsey worked on my complex parental rights matter and she was always very passionate, thorough, and meticulous when it came to my case. Kelsey is very dedicated to her clients. She goes above and beyond what is expected and is always calm, cool and collected. Kelsey is a great communicator and al...ways made sure I knew what was happening on my case. Outstanding Attorney

Kelsey was one of three attorneys at BAM that assisted me in two civil cases relating to the sale of a home and a high conflict child custody case (Partition Motion and Allocation of Parental Rights) and a third case which happened to be criminal. Her efforts, tenacity, input, time and attention to t...he small details helped me be successful in all three cases, in particular the criminal matter which is what she represented me on. I couldn't be happier with her representation or that of her colleagues Kyle McFarlane and Steven Visioli. I would highly recommend her representation, hands down!!
