Criminal DV Cases Dismissed—Twice

Kelsey has represented me in two criminal domestic violence cases. In both instances, my child’s father made false allegations against me to gain leverage in our custody case. I was arrested twice, and both times Kelsey was able to get the charges completely dismissed. During the second case, the ...DA was slow to communicate and make a decision. Kelsey went above and beyond; she met with the DA in person to present key evidence supporting my innocence and later went directly to her office when calls and emails went unanswered. Her persistence and determination were critical in getting the case dismissed. She also took the time to call me while I was in jail to reassure me and let me know I would be one of the first cases heard that day. I really appreciated it. Kelsey is kind, professional, and deeply committed to her clients. I am incredibly grateful for her advocacy and would highly recommend her.

Kelsey will stick with you and work along with you like no other!

Kelsey stayed with me through a long, high conflict, and complicated case. She would work efficiently with me, meaning she would highlight the opposing parties' likely or potential arguments to fully and properly prepare me. Go with Kelsey and she will treat like a person and not a number. Having an ...attorney work with you isn't always supposed to create "smooth sailing" but to empower and prepare you. Kelsey will do that!
