Being from Canada, we are not familiar with all the laws and legal procedures in the United States. When my 22-year-old son was involved in a minor accident in the U.S. and received a citation for careless driving, we had no idea what to do or where to turn. Kelsey is the best! We owe so much to her! Our case was very complex and highly overwhelming at times. As frustrating as things got for us, she was always there with encouraging words and helped us through the process every step of the way. We are so glad we had her in our corner through our interest...ing custody battle and we have her to thank for having our lives back to normal and being able to really "live life" again.

So Thankful

Kelsey and her team were very knowledgeable and I am so thankful I had them in my corner throughout every step in my divorce. Going through divorce is a challenging time and the team were patient with me an all of my questions. Throughout the entire process, the communication was clear and consiste...nt. They were compassionate and supportive during a time where I felt lost and overwhelmed. I am very grateful to have worked with them through this process.

Beyond grateful to have Kelsey on my team

You never want to need a criminal defense attorney but in the unfortunate case you do, you'll be glad to know Kelsey. I found Kelsey in a moment of panic and I'm forever grateful that she made the time to speak with me and in that short 10 minute phone call she gave me clear, concise advice and set m...y mind at ease. I had recently been arrested and was working with an attorney that my family found but we knew nothing about. He was unresponsive, made promises that he didn't keep and left me with more questions than answers. In the aftermath of my arrest I was interviewing divorce lawyers and in the process needed emergency advice for my criminal case and I stumbled upon Kelsey. She made time to listen to my case and asked questions to better understand the scope of the situation - neither of which my current attorney did. After 10 minutes on the phone I decided to move my case to Kelsey and never looked back. She helped me make the switch and immediately dove into my case, contacting the DA's office and began advocating for a full dismissal. She was persistent with the DA's office, kept impeccable notes and was always two steps ahead of deadlines. She never hesitated to give me the good and the bad news but always in a caring and empathetic manner. She followed through with every aspect of my case and I'm confident that she is the reason my case was ultimately dropped. Her calls were always on topic and positive, even when the news wasn't what I wanted to hear. She presents herself in a professional manner from her attire, to her communications and her presence in court. Kelsey is someone you hope you don't have to meet professionally but you're beyond grateful that you have. I cannot recommend Kelsey enough and would hands down work with her in the future (although I hope I don't have to!)
