On March 7, 2021 at 3 A.M. in downtown denver I was arrested and charged with Hit and run as well as a DUI. In my mind it seemed like a very clean cut open and close case in the states favor. As a OTR truck driver, it can be difficult at times to deal with certain situations. I found myself facing a "Serious violation" on my driving record which can be detrimental to a driver.
