Brian did the Wills and Estate planning for me and my partner. Even though the subject can be technical with all kinds of zigs and zags, Brian was always on course and most of all, was extremely courteous and patient with the two of us. In our situation, the matter extended over a year due to some ...significant personal changes (moving/buying new property, etc.). Brian never skipped a beat and was able to pick up where we left off efficiently. He is a very personable while at the same time, extremely competent lawyer, something that I've found to be more of a rarity than the norm. Though I don't care for situations requiring legal matters, if I ever need another attorney, I'll check back with Brian first.

I had the pleasure of working with Brian in creating my estate planning. He was able to assist me in creating everything from a living trust to a POA. His knowledge and ability to view every scenario was amazing. Also, he responses to emails were quick and he was not afraid to ask questions about you...r estate planning needs. He was also very patient when it came to rewriting the documents to fit your needs. Lastly, I do appreciate the fact he was able to not only provide me with a paper copy of my estate documents but also a USB drive and Dropbox copies. I would definitely work with Brian again if I ever need to revise my estate documents.

Mr. Landy is a jovial professional! He greets you like a long lost family member with a warm and sincere welcome that is still every bit professional and puts you at ease. He invites you into his office and makes you feel right at home while he moves his backpack and peanut butter sandwich to the opp...osite side of the desk and dives into the meeting at hand. I met with Mr. Landy to update my estate plan. He did not waste any time gathering the details that were important to me, providing solid legal advise on my options and their implications before we agreed to a course of action and our next meeting. Between meetings he sent me copies to review and edit and had everything waiting for my final signature. Because he is so efficient and on his game, I found myself scrambling to keep up with the pace to meet my self imposed timeline! It is very refreshing to meet a like minded professional who is passionate about what they do, has a positive personality and is efficient! Because of his a) personality, b) responsiveness, and c) attention to detail, I have already reached out to Mr. Landy to discuss additional work. In this day and age where everything is laborious and tedious, it is an absolute pleasure to work with someone who is so personable, professional and efficient!
