Brian was extremely helpful when my mother passed away, helping us through the process when we had questions or concerns. Since he helped her with her Will, along with several other family members, we decided to have him help us update our wills, trust and POA’s. The process was to update was fairl...y easy. Brian listened to what we wanted and helped us but that information in the correct document(s) so our children and grandchildren would be cared.

As a divorced and single mom, Brian was amazing helping me put together a Trust and Will. He is very easy to work with and I truly felt he had my best interests at heart. We were referred to Brian friends who were very pleased with Brian's will and estate document preparation. We needed to update our will and estate documents that originated in another state over 20 years ago. Brian was cordial and patient and took the time necessary to answer our questions relative ...to the updates required while providing suggestions as to how the current documents could be streamlined to reflect our new circumstances. All in all, we found Brian to be helpful and informative in the updating process while keeping the requisite legal term explanations in layman's language. I have been putting off getting my affairs in order, but it kept nagging at me and I finally did it and I'm SO glad I did! And I would tell anyone to just do it. Brian is so nice and so helpful and made it all so EASY. And to top it off, he works hard to make things as affordable as possible. I k...new I'd needed to get this done so I'd signed up with my employer's legal benefit, MetLife (which I would also totally recommend after this experience). I had my initial consultation, wanting to put together a trust, will, and powers of attorney. I paid him the fee, which was surprisingly lower than I anticipated for all, and got a call from him about a week later saying he'd not realized I had the MetLife coverage (which, in his defense, I'm not sure that I mentioned it--or certainly hadn't during the consultation, likely only when I called initially) and he said he was refunding the fee I'd paid except the....wait for it....$23 filing fee. That's IT! That's all I had to pay to get the peace of mind I'd been avoiding getting for X# of years. So, that said, it was the MetLife program that made it that cheap; but his fees were already very fair (NOT Cherry Creek or downtown prices!) AND he made the effort to 'correct' a mistake that basically I had made by not mentioning it. A REALLY good guy--
