I looked around a few law firms and meet with a couple of lawyers before choosing Andrew. I honestly felt very comfortable with Andrew and could see how organized and detailed he was, and most importantly he was very compassionate. He also charges very fair in comparison to other lawyers in his field... and does much more then the average immigration lawyer. So we ended up working with Andrew during my immigration case. Mr Brooks did an excellent job on my difficult case. I was his first case from Canada. He is the third Lawyer I hired to take my case, there are so many options and different levels of capability out there. Finding Andrew was a blessing. I came to him with a couple issues, one being that my application for naturalization had been administratively closed, and two being I was concerned with how I answered the criminal history section. I initially described my situation with Andrew over the phone for a fre...e consultation, and we then set up time to meet in person to discuss my options more in depth. As I write this, I can now say that I am officially a US Citizen thanks to Mr. Brooks. He was timely, accommodating, and extremely understanding of my concerns. Andrew has been helping my husband for the past three years. My husband has had an on going immigration case where Andrew has been his lawyer since the early stages of the case. I am a US citizen, I met Andrew about an year ago when my husband and I seeked guidance in placing a marriage petition for... my husband.He has been very knowledgeable and has informed us of all the notices that have came in. My husband and I recently had our interview at the beginning of December and Andrew asked to meet twice with us; once to ensure we had everything needed for the interview and the second to have a mock interview two days prior to the actual interview. The day of our interview Andrew had copies of all of the documents we were turning in for review, including a copy of the initial petition request which came in very handy. In our officer's paperwork there was a sheet missing and since Andrew had copies of everything, he was able to quickly provide the officer with the needed paperwork. Our marriage petition has been approved and Andrew has provided us with the different options we have for our case. Andrew is exceptional at communicating and very professional.
