Was a bad choice.

Wasted 2 years to let us know that our discrimination case has been dismissed. Very passive , total waste of time and money.

This was a difficult case for the employee. We had some evidence of discriminatory conduct against him, but not enough to survive the employer's summary judgment. We could have settled for a nominal amount, but the employee wanted more. I told him his case was weak, but his emotions (not without some justification) kept him from settling.

Bob is an expert in employment law and gets results.

I first met Robert (Bob) Liechty when I was unexpectedly laid-off from my job after four years of loyal service and high performance ratings. One day, without warning, I was escorted to the door and treated as though I was a criminal. I was frustrated and angry about the way my lay-off was handled ...and I needed to talk to someone to see if there was anything that could be done. I reached out to a few attorneys and met with them to discuss my options. Each one, had differing opinions about the approach and how to proceed, but Bob was different. During our first meeting, Bob listened patiently and asked questions to gain a better understanding of what had happened. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was straight forward and laid out the potential pitfalls and the possible benefits to my case. He explained everything with sufficient detail for me to understand my options. He made me feel like there was hope. Throughout my case, Bob supported me with honesty and professionalism, always telling me what to expect moving forward. In spite of his busy schedule, he always responded promptly to phone calls and emails. When we spoke, I always felt as though I was his most important client. Bob is an incredible mix of compassion, intelligence and integrity. He is extremely knowledgeable about employment law and his experience shows in his methods and results. I highly recommended Robert Liechty to anyone who is going through a tough time with their past or present employer.
