Was a bad choice.
Wasted 2 years to let us know that our discrimination case has been dismissed. Very passive , total waste of time and money.

Replied last July 03, 2017This was a difficult case for the employee. We had some evidence of discriminatory conduct against him, but not enough to survive the employer's summary judgment. We could have settled for a nominal amount, but the employee wanted more. I told him his case was weak, but his emotions (not without some justification) kept him from settling.
