Austin Cohen was an invaluable resource and guide during a difficult time. My wife and I had mostly separate finances, each building assets in our own way, with a combined estate of more than $10 million. I didn’t realize how the courts would view this (as marital property), and that dividing it woul...d require complex valuations and backward-looking snapshots that would be hard to find or create.
