Ms. Wink was very professional and supportive throughout the entire process of my bankruptcy. It was very disturbing to find myself in a positon that required my taking this step. Ms. Wink walked me through every facet of the process in such a manner that I had a clear understanding of how the proc...ess worked and how it applied to my situation. She discussed with me my feelings of shame, explaining why the life events that had occured were beyond my control and how this action was the best step for me to take at this point of my life. She even made time to have an appointment with my family members to share the process, effects and answer their questions. This allowed them to understand and be more supportive of my actions with this process. Their support was critical for me. I have and will continue to give refferals to her practice. She was professional, sharp, supportive and kind. Qualities that aren't always common in lawyers.

Bankruptcy is such a difficult time and working with Gigi (Gailyn Wink) was truly a blessing. I can't imagine trying to navigate through everything involved without her expertise and support. Gail and her firm did my bankruptcy (Ch 7) last month. Her and her staff were everything I was hoping. Responded to my emails thoroughly and quickly. Took care of just about every detail (I was rather impressed how diligent she was in managing such a huge pile of bills and collections letters, wow). ...She knew her stuff and advised me best as anyone could. Last but not least, she did it all at a cost that I found to be not just reasonable, but cheap IMHO. In fact, when we met at court to wrap it all up I said to her, "I didn't pay you enough for all this". I really don't suggest even calling one of those super cheap bankruptcy ads you find everywhere. I've heard first hand how sloppy they can be. And filing a Ch 7 is something you can't afford to do sloppy. It'll cost you! Thank you Gail! You rock!
