I put a fair amount of trust into his hands, but being new to understanding the law, I believe he performed well below average. There where unanswered questions- and poor communication a key fault throughout. He planned to take the case to trial, but did not communicate other avenues for a success...ful outcome with me. After departing from his service my case was handled in a succinct fashion, that I was pleased with overall. Overall communication style or his direct approach need work. Some unfair business practices may have been at work due to the Law Firm Haddon Morgan Foreman allowing him to hold my case in the first place without understanding conflict of interest matters. He should be held accountable for holding this case for far too long- after information was released to him. I hold no grudge, but can not in full conscious recommend this attorney.

Mr. Daniels exceeded our expectations. His knowledge of the law and demeanor in the court room and overall professionalism and negotiation skills with his peers achieved the desired results in two cases. He is very approachable, respectful, humble, and takes the time to explain the legal process in l...aymen's terms. If needed, I would hire Mr. Daniels again in a heart beat.
