I was forced to declare Bankrupsy mostly because of business debt. Matt thoroughly explained to me what that meant and was clear my life would not be over. There was a debtor that wanted one of my loans to be non dismissive $150,000 and Matt made it Hell for them and defended me, backed me up and e...xplained my side. After a 6 month fight he made them back off and it was dismissed. I will forever be great full.

Bankruptcy is a horrible experience, but Matt helped a lot. He didn't make feel bad about my situation, just gave me helpful advice and encouragement. I live in the mountains so we did everything by phone which could have be a pain, but it wasn't at all. He is very laid back, but at the same time eff...icient, the perfect bankruptcy lawyer. I would recommend him, but I hope I will never need him again.

Right for the start he was kind but tough enough to get the job done . My Father passed away and it was a tough process trying to figure out everything by myself, especi...ally because I lived in a different state. But Mathew Jr. not only helped to alleviate a lot of the stress . But he was relentless in getting everything taken care of for us over the phone and through email . He handled all the what would have been overly stressful probate, bank and estate assets. If this is your first time using a lawyer who is honest and gets the job done or even your fifth time .
